For Recovery Communities

This practice came out of these rooms. Sound healing for sober living homes, IOPs, and anyone in the work — at sliding scale, on site if that's easier.

Early recovery asks you to sit with a nervous system that has spent a long time being managed from outside. Meetings help. Clinical care helps. What tends to be missing is somewhere to be physically still that isn't your room and isn't another circle of chairs.

A sound bath asks nothing of you. You aren't asked to share, to identify yourself, to work a step, or to be honest about anything out loud. You lie down and the room does the work. For people who are talked out, that is not a small thing.

I came through these rooms. That's the whole reason this part of the practice exists.

To say the necessary thing plainly: this is not treatment. It does not treat addiction, it does not prevent relapse, and it is not a substitute for clinical care, medication, or a program. It sits alongside those. Anyone who tells you otherwise about sound or energy work is selling you something.

What's Available

Four ways this is offered

01

Group workshops on site

A 60–75 minute sound bath held at your house, IOP, or program space. I bring the bowls, mats can be yours or mine. Offered free or at sliding scale for treatment programs and sober living homes.

02

Sliding scale for residents

Private sessions at reduced rates for people in early recovery. No documentation, no proof of anything, and no explanation required — you say the word and that's the rate.

03

Held spots at every sound bath

A number of places at each weekly community sound bath are kept at reduced or no cost. If cost is the only thing between you and the room, that's what those spots are for.

04

Ongoing support package

Four sound healing sessions with weekly text check-ins and personalized journal prompts between them — built for the stretch where consistency matters more than intensity.
